I was asked by my younger brother and his wife if I could take some pictures for their engagement. I told them that I would love to. We went out on 2 different occasions and I think we came out with a couple pretty decent shots. It was a lot of fun to take pictures with these two. For an ameture like myself, it's nice to just go out and have a good time in a stess free environment. Best of luck to you both with your marriage!

Bell & Taylor Families

So this was my first gig as a photographer (if you can really call it a "gig") A couple families that Paty and I work with saw our pictures at Causey Reservoir and asked if I would be willing to photograph their kids. I thought it would be a great opportunity to learn more about my new camera. I agreed and had a good time taking their pictures at a small pond near the Weber State University campus. I felt out of place being such an amateur, but I think we came out with some good shots. Hopefully the families felt the same, they seemed pretty pleased. You can be the judge.

Paty surprised me with a new camera for my birthday but couldn't wait until my actual birthday on the 29th of November to give it to me. We took it up the canyon with a newly purchased tripod, set the timer and ran to our poses. We were very pleasantly surprised with how good they actually turned out. I was able to dink around with some of the settings to see the different results. Enjoy!!!
